Welcome Back
After a whole month of being away from my most favorite person in the whole wide world, Asswipe came back!!! I swear I could not have been happier. I'm talkin 'bout the whole happy tears kinda thing. It was hard when the person you literally talk to every single day in your life just suddenly disappears. I am still thankful for my family and friends. September happeend to be a really eventful month and I could be occupied with outings and that made me really happy and blessed.
I really don't need to have a large group of people surrounding me in the name of friendship. I have my small, teeny tiny circle and I am very thankful for that. I don't mind making new friends but it's really tough to enter that circle because it's sacred to me and the people in it mean the universe to me. They are there for me, help me, shape me, are there for good, bad, happy, sad, fun times that I'd never wanna lose any single one of them. :')
So to my dear Best Friend, welcome back! It's so good to have you back. My circle is complete again. Now, here's an interesting welcome in all the languages I can think of.

Macarons
People who know me well enough know that I address myself as The Princess of Macarons time to time. That is because I LOVE THEM so so much!!! Recently, thanks to Suraj, I found out that there was a sale in Causeway Point with a new Macaron store. It's like a push cart / mini pop up store. Their flavors looked really appetizing and I just had to give it a try. They're called Annabella Patisserie.
Usually, it retails at:

- Classic Box 3 (10pcs) $20.00
- Premium Box 1 (10pcs) $30.00

This time around they sold them for a special price which is 6 pieces for $10.

It was a Friday and before the weekly TGIF & Roof session, I dragged Dalan & Puva to CWP and got for all of us Macarons. Worthy 10 bucks spent!! Although I still prefer Laduree in terms of quality, taste and even packaging. But I can't lie that this is actually completely delicious and wonderful!
The 6 flavors that I got would be:
Pink Velvet. Creme Brulee. Praline. Speculoos. Vanille. Blueberry.

Kylie Jenner Fall Lipkits & Eyeshadow Palette
My boo, launched her new range of lipkits and a new Kyshadow palette all ready for the fall season and Halloween!

Siloso Beach
We decided that what we needed was a bit of time together just chilling. Bask in the sun, feet in the sand, the water at the beach just inviting and just relaxing. So, the group decided to head to Siloso! The group could have been bigger but it just ended up being 4 of us. We carried on anyway and had such a blast!

The sky was just too beautiful to even be real.
Nope, this is not an edit! We legit saw this ship sail past us.
I am not even going to lie. In my 20 years of life, I have NEVER once saw a sunrise or a sunset. This would be my first to have actually witnessed a sunset. I have seen the ones in movies and even in photos and might I add, sunsets are one of the most beautiful things ever. Mother nature is truly amazing and works wonders.
I know to some of you, this sunset might just be an average thing but to me, I was just transfixed by this. I was so completely immersed in the beauty of it and even mesmerized that I was just glued there.
As Aideel & Dalan were fooling around me, I had no idea that they were playing around as my gaze never left the sunset.
Fariz captured this moment and he said he doesn't usually name his picture but he decided to name this particular one by calling it "Remembrance".
Without me realizing, I started walking deeper into the water and Aideel got Dalan to get me. It was like I was hallucinating or in a dream. I will never forget this moment. My first sunset ever. Siloso Beach with a bunch of my most loved people. It can't get any better. That's why the name "Remembrance" is very apt I think.
And... the sun goes down, the moon comes up!
We sat down, ate lots of good food, enjoyed great music that was playing from a cool bar and we were vibing to it. We ended our day by playing some good old Cards Against Humanity and Dalan trashed us all in this and won the most black cards!

21st Birthday Plans
Momma recently approached me and kinda forced me into doing something for my 21st next January. She sprung 4 options which according to her, I had to pick one. I had no intentions of even doing anything. But this got me thinking why not? Momma is drilling me and wants something done and after some discussions and in fact it was a random spontaneous thought that occurred after rambling on about life to Dalan one day.
I have decided what I was going to do. I wanted to do something that would allow me to spend time with my loved ones and even...well do something really simple, fun, and involved bringing everybody together. More about it in January I guess. Never have I been more excited for my birthday. Funniest thing though, since my mum knows I love planning, I am surprisingly bestowed with the task of planning my own birthday. Well, this is a first.
I adore planning for people but when it comes to me, is it weird to still want to cater to the wants and needs of others? Because that's honestly what I feel like doing. What would make me happy is making the people around me happy and when they're happy, I'm happy. I'll bask in joy knowing that my loved ones are having fun and just a really good time. I want to do a party where everyone is in a celebrative mood and having a ball. That way I know I'll be in the birthday girl spirit too.
Hehehehe, super excited. Here's to January 2017 then. Woah, so close to stepping into offcial adulthood. The BIG 2-1 would be kickin in no time. Shall enjoy me being 20 for a few more months. I'm not afraid of turning 21 and even stepping into adulthood. I'm embracing it along with all the responsibilities, freedom and I am hoping blessings.
Fingers kept crossed and wishes all on my lucky stars that the remaining of 2016 will go really well and that 2017 will be an even better year. C'mon! We'll make it amazing, yea? ;)

Batchmates Reunion
Workforce Development Agency Singapore (WDA) has been split to 2 divisions - SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) & Workforce Singapore (WSG). No, I ain't gonna elaborate on this. The previous line was just a boring beginning one liner to start of this section to just mess with my readers a little.
Before the whole SSG & WSG, there was WDA and this was when I met the most amazing, fun, loving, caring bunch of people. Yup, they were my beautiful batchmates. We started we 12 people and then now there is just 2 of us left. Ayu & myself.
The rest of them resigned and left ages ago. We really miss them and being in their company. 19 October marked the random, spontaneous, reunion meet up session that we had. Not everyone could make it, so it was just 7 of us. Hey, it's definitely still better than nothing.
Farain, a.k.a the Queen of Sass, hence the nickname given to her by me: Beyonce! She suggested Wing.Zone at Bugis and this is my first time hearing such a place. What is it basically? Chicken, chicken, and ooh did I mention? CHICKEN!!!!
We had such a blast. Other than me, the people who showed up would be, Ayu, Jeff, Nas, Syakillah, Su & Farain. It really was such a homely feeling meeting them all over again and reminiscing our good times. It was such a ball where we were just laughing and wandering the streets after eating.
I really sure as hell miss them loads and cannot wait for future meetups. By then, Ayu & I would've ended our contracts and honestly I genuinely wish that she and I end up with jobs and working as something that we'd wanna be in.
I snapchatted a whole lot that day. Being the youngest there, I was fooling around and they sometimes baby me too much! Hehehe

Cake Spade
P Cube. PRETTY. PINK. PARADISE.
This 3 words sums up what Cake Spade is to me. This shop is loacted at 83 Tanjong Pagar Road. It is in the midst of all the wedding dresses shop. The best part? Check it out from the outside, IT'S FRIGGIN PINK!
I just knew I had to go here. The thing with me & food with exploring would be that I do not mind doing it alone but it's always nice having some adventure with one or more people. When it comes to food, I cannot be more blessed as my best friend is also my food buddy.
I am not even kidding when I say that Dalan & I have like at least 95% or even more when it comes to our taste buds and palette being in sync. We have almost identical likings for food. From my knowledge so far the only major difference would be that he loves SAUCES and I hate them. The rest, we have the same taste or at the least similar.
There's a whole lot of places we have in our minds to explore and try out, especially new food. We have been talking about going to Cake Spade for months and we finally did it. It was convenient that we could meet up after work and head there just before our TGIF chill session. The reason why we even wanted to try this place out would be because of the Cake Shakes. More about that soon.

Dalan & I entered and knew immediately that we were eliminating Matcha. It was a really tough decision between the other 3. We eliminated Mudslide because of the dark chocolate. We were supposed to just get one (Let me just give y'all a heads up that one cake shake can cost between $14.90 - $16.90), but the looks of Unicone & the ingredients used in Rodeo were just making it really difficult for us to pick just one.
Just like Hansel & Gratel and how they were 2 mischievous, sweets loving, hungry kids, we were just like them and ended up purchasing 2. One Unicone & One Rodeo. We didn't regret it one bit. It was really rich though by the time we were almost done that having this ultimate milkshake became our dinner instead of just dessert.
I swear Dalan & I are happy people. But we get so much happier with tasty food. The looks we give our food / drinks would end up with people giving us stares with the caption 'I wish bae looks at me like that'. What can we say? We really do love food! Hehehe

Badoque X Oblong

My fam & Habib went for an outing together. It was a celebrative dinner as my older sister is not going to renew the car's COE, and it's gonna be resold. So this was like a farewell to the car dinner. It would be our last trip in the car together.
I feel sad for my family. I am not really attached to the car as I usually travel by public transport. If I were to break down my mode of transport in terms of percentages:
MRT - 55%
BUS - 9%
WALK - 25%
CYCLE - 10%
TAXI - 1%
But my family is really attached to it. Plus, I've had my fair share of fun trips in it. So we decided to have dinner at Badoque (We went here for my Mum's 57th birthday last year) and then for some late night treat afterwards.
I used my Ginger lipkit and I wished I took a better picture with greater lighting to do some justice to show how amazing this color is.
In a year, they really did revamped the place. I mean just the menu itself makes a customer smile.

Momma's Joke (X-Rated). She was saying some funny jokes and I just had to share it with you guys! She may be 58 but she behaves like a cheeky 18 year old at times and I find that adorable.
Our next stop would be Oblong cafe. I went here with my sisters some time this year if I'm not wrong. We had the most amazing waffles. This time around, I opted for a brownie instead.

Halloween
Happy Halloween!!!! It's the day of horror movies, haunted houses, trick-or-treat, catching Gengar the pokemon, enhanced creepy halloween filters, dressing up as one of our favourite characters, wandering about at night to hunt for clowns and so much more.
Last year, I wanted to go the Halloween Horror Nights held at Universal Studios Singapore. It somehow did not happen. At the end of last year, I told myself that I will be going for this year's one. Then, it came. Well, I don't have regrets that I didn't go.
I am not saying that it looked bad or anything, I guess I just wasn't a fan of the whole theme that they were going for. It was so magical kinda evil and spooky. The saddest part, Halloween fell on a Monday and that means just working. BOO!
That Boo was not meant to be a scaring kinda voice but a jeering one. Well, nevertheless, it had been a great month and I am happy and in fact looking forward to all the upcoming Deepavali open houses that will be in store for me in November.
