Muay Thai
Beats normal boxing...
Listen to this well guys, I know many famous boxers like Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, are all boxers. Trust me, learning boxing or even kickboxing can be really fun. For me, I still preferred Muay Thai among all of these form of defense and offence ever since I watched The Challenger Muay Thai a few years ago.
It is true that I am not at a level in which I can spar and all of that, but still I am learning and I go when I have time after school and try to make it once a week. Since it is the holidays now, I want to try maybe twice or even thrice. This is because when school starts, things will be far much more tougher and cramped.
Recently, I became an official SOH Student Ambassador. For those of you who do not know, SOH stands for School Of Hospitality in RP. As an ambassador, one thing that is vital..COMMITMENT. When they have outings, camps, bonding sessions, volunteer work, events etc.. I have to go there without even thinking. Once you "pon" it, BAM you're out of it! That is why it is important for me to try to find a great BALANCE in studying, social life, events, competitions and possibly modelling (but since I am freelancing now this isn't really that much of a problem).
Drifted off again! HAHA! I had to take a picture of me heading over for Muay Thai. The reason why pictures of "common" things, I guess y'all will find out in the next blog. A major transformation calls for camwhoring a lot before the change happens. Haha
And yeap! Finally got a chance to use my Yoga Pants!

Casting
Basic Models Management
It is safe to say, I have never in my entire life walked in a room filled with that many white people. Well, it's Basic. The standards of modelling is really high. I actually went for the casting after school.
Now I know how it feels like to go for a casting. I went through supposedly "Round 2" but didn't get the call as a confirmed model. I met a really sweet girl Rina. All I wanted was to broaden my freelancing scope. Ouh well. I was a little upset at first but what kept me going was something simple.
The models (officially contracted ones) were the judges and they seemed pretty cool with me and actually genuinely wanted to know more. This is most definitely a good thing as they showed interest and liking. The only problem was that they needed a gap year. A whole year for me to be free for modelling.
I honestly wouldn't mind if RP allowed me to be more flexible. But since it didn't, I told them that I couldn't be that flexible and if they wanted it would probably be after graduation in 2016. That's in 2 years and I'll be 20. Apparently aged did not seem to be the issue but flexibility was. The moment I said I wouldn't be able to that flexible, their faces kind of changed (not in a good way). I knew this was a goodbye for me then. Well, I will still try (well to be honest, it depends) and see how it all goes.
As much as I love modelling and it means a whole lot to me as I have a lot of love and passion for it, education and academics come first. I may be a model, but I want to be top in school regarding GPA more than this. So, thank you Basic for giving me a great experience and I do hope to work with y'all pretty soon.
I just sent them an email. Well, if they do give me a chance, I won't let them down. But, if my inflexibility due to school is going to be a major issue, then it is completely ok.
I even saw Josie, she was in Elite Model Look 2011. She made it to the finals and now is an official model with basic. Great Job Josie!!! :)

Fifa World Cup
2014, the 20th year..
Okay, for those of you soccer / football fans out there, you are going to love this segment. I have been watching world cup since I was 2. Yup, that's 1998 where Brazil once again took home the trophy. Of course I do not recall much as I was just a toddler, but the subsequent years where Brazil clinched home the title up till the last World Cup in 2010, where Spain took home the trophy in South Africa.
One of the HUGE reasons as to why I loved World Cup has to be all the buzz about soccer. Soccer fans coming together, staying up late nights watching matches, bonding with one another and supporting and showing love for your team! That's what it's all about.
My ALL-TIME Favorite player has to be the one and only Ronaldhino! He was the reason why I even started watching soccer and obviously grew to be an ardent fan of Brazil! I mean have you all take note of his footwork? I liked him also because he didn't make soccer just a sport but a form of entertainment. The tricks he put it.. I just go on and on rambling about him! *Fangirling here*
I do own many soccer jersey but this is my favorite as it was my first. Yup, Brazil..DUH!!! And this is just a little fun fact. If y'all didn't know, Brazil has been the champions and won the trophy 5 times! Yup, they held the title till 2010 like I mentioned earlier, where Spain took the title.
Let's see if Neymar (the rising star) and if Brazil itself, the whole team can take the title this year!

Photobombing Raihan..haha
I have been wanting to stay up late to catch the matches like today morning's between Italy and England but I have been just too tired that I tend to KO so easily. Well maybe for a few more epic matches, I will set alarms just to watch them! Haha
For those of you, who had missed out on the matches and want to know the scores.. here it is,
Group A:
Brazil - 3, Croatia -1 (A no brainer to be honest)
Mexico - 1, Cameroon - 0
Group B:
Spain - 1, Netherlands - 5 (I know this was a shocker!)
Chile - 3, Australia - 1
Group C:
Columbia - 3, Greece - 0
Cote d'lvoire - 2, Japan - 1
Group D:
England - 1 , Italy - 2 (Yeap, the number of missed shots and close ones by England is too damn high!!)
Uruguay - 1, Costa Rica - 3
Y'all can look for Group E - H pretty soon. Some matches that's upcoming would be Spain vs Ecuador at 12 midnight, France vs Honduras at 3am and Argentina vs Herzegovina at 6am.

1/2
8 weeks completed as a Year 2 Sem 1 Student...
These pictures were taken 2 days ago. Friday the 13th. I wouldn't say it was an unlucky day. HAHA
It was the LAST day of school before the "holidays" started. It was the LAST UT 1 to sit for. It was the LAST day of my long hair. I think form this, y'all can tell what my next blog is going to be about.
Wanted to go all Blue and wanted to look pretty with one of my favorite blue dresses. I do have quite a few to be honest. This was purchased from Topshop slightly more than a year ago.

It was simply a must to take a picture at night of my long mane.
This is obviously the mandatory collage of my outfits. This would have to be from Week 4 to Week 8. All the OOTDs in the morning just before I head to school.
I know when school reopens, things might get a little hectic and busy for me with this whole ambassador thing. If mothers can juggle a lot of roles and even celebrities and forget them, normal people, students in fact
have many issues but can juggle all of them and emerge on top, successful and victorious..so can I. All I got to do is not only work hard and smart but also to BELIEVE that I can do it.
Today is Father's Day. I just want to take this time to say...
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there. Old, young, away at work, overseas, sick, no longer with us, anything at all.. We love you.
It sucks that I don't get to take pics with you papa.. But regardless, here's a short write up to you. Papa, you may be stern, angry, crude sometimes but I love you to bits because you shaped me to becoming an independent girl I am today & I thank you.
I know my gift is not that epic or anything, but I still hope you do like it. What are y'all doing for Father's Day? Any gifts ideas? D.I.Y? A card? Anything at all..show your dads some love and go give him a hug!
Thank you for reading..
and do look forward to the next blog.
I guarantee you that it's going to be exciting. hehehe
xoxo
