I know I did promise a more meaningful blog but this week nothing really epic has happened except for decisions that I have taken and I would honestly rather share that with y'all next weekend after it has been carried out. Those would be more eventful and meaningful I must say and those decisions and soon to be outcomes are far much more bigger. Also, there'll be an event next week which as I had mentioned earlier, will blog about it over the weekends.
So this Vesak Day, was a study day for me or should I say blogging day? heheRemember the 5 blogs that I published on earlier..yea it was on Vesak Day. I spent time to study a lot over the weekends leaving Tuesday a perfect day for me to do chores and blog. This was my first time pairing my bralet with a skater skirt.
This was the next day and the day where after school a major decision had to be made. A lot of talking, contemplating, judgement calls and so on had to be made and it was really hard for me knowing that a main thing that I want, I can't have..and that's support. Well, the decision isn't full fledged and final yet and will be official this upcoming week. All will be updated pretty soon.
Nope not a saree as I don't think it'll look that good on me but something better. It's an outfit called the Lehenga and I want my outfit sewn something similar to that of Rani Mukherji (famous Bollywood actress) in the movie Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham.
For those of you who have no clue what I am talking about, it's actually one of the best Bollywood movies and if y'all ever wanna start watching Bollywood films, this is a very good starter.
After much Googling and researching, I've decided to sew something like the second picture in both the screenshots.
If y'all have any better suggestions, feel free to leave a comment below or even email me at FarhanaFunnae@hotmail.com
This is my second field trip for this semester and it was to ION. I must say, this was one of the most amazing field trips..
Not only, did we manage to do stuff like our RJs and all as it was hand-written, we got a chance to bond as a team through many cool experiences which I am sure the other teams didn't get a chance too as they were all too preoccupied with finishing the activities. Our team came in 8 minutes before the gathering, yes we were the last team but that's because we gave quality work, had a nice long chat over breakfast, enjoyed the luxury of a massage chair and basically just be us girls.
What do girls like to do? Shop of course! We didn't really shopped but encountered many new shops and areas in ION and even up till Takashimaya that I am sure will help us in future shopping sprees. Here are some pictures..in which we have to take as part of the activities and some cuz we were just having so much fun!
With that being said, I sat down and I must say, it was simply marvelous! It really massaged me oh so perfectly and my tired and sore feet was pressed in such a pleasant way that I felt as light as a butterfly after it.
YEP! Guilty as charged! As y'all know, I like to go more natural, not even natural make up but more like no make up (besides my eyeliner). It's about time I learn a thing or 2 and start enhancing myself.
AAAAHHHHHH *Swoons*
The reason why so much of a "slacking" session today was all because of the beautiful lady you see on my TV Screen below. I had the house kind of to myself today. My younger sister was in my parents room almost all the time so I had the hall to myself for the first half of the day. Fashion Tv has got to one of my favorite channels on Mio. I changed it and guess who I saw? One of my favorite models, Cara Delevingne! It apparently was Fashion Tv's dedication to her!! And I spent hours and hours watching her! I love how not only beautiful she is but I love her edginess, her spunkiness, her courage to be herself, her ability to stand out, be in love with modern things like hip hop yet have a perfect balance of the ability to carry out timeless old things like classic vintage pieces and so on.
So yea..I kinda blew my day today (no regrets though), but tomorrow shall be a really productive day as I wake up early (hopefully) and start on work.
Thank you all for reading and..Goodnight loveliesxoxoFarhana Mazlan
